Refund policy
Returns
We will not accept returns or refunds for ‘change of mind’. However, if a Product is found to have a Defect, the remedies set out in clause 5(b) of terms and conditions will apply.
In the case of a refund you will be notified of the processed refund via your original payment method. This may take several days depending on payment method.
If you have not received your refund in 7-14 days please contact us, you may also need to contact your banking provider.
Products on Sale
Sale items are not eligible for refunds. However, if a Product is found to have a Defect, the remedies set out in clause 5(b) of terms and conditions will apply.

It is the customers responsibility for payment of shipping for the return. Any shipping costs related to the purchase and return of the product is non refundable. In the case of an approved refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
