Shipping Delays

We operate with a third party warehouse and various different suppliers and due to many factors, we can experience delays in dispatching orders due to stock shortages, warehouse updates, shipping delays - we will do our best to update you should any of these issues occur to keep you informed along the way.

Important to note: Our Handy Sanitiser refill pouches can take longer to ship, for several reasons - it is larger/bulkier so it requires more care and more specialized courier services. 

When shipping the Sanitiser it is classified as dangerous goods, so this can restrict it to road and rail/boat (depending upon the destination) and this can add to the delivery time frame.

Shipping Details

For items in stock most orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days.

Please note: All Australian orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. During sale and holiday periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated time frames above. If you live in WA, NT, certain areas of QLD or remote rural areas, you may need to allow a few extra days for shipping.

If your item is a pre-order or Backorder, we will notify you once your order has been dispatched.
